Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

By using Doxapoll, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short on purpose.

What Doxapoll is

Doxapoll is a daily polling platform. One question is published each day. Registered users can vote once and explore anonymised, aggregated results. That's the whole thing.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Doxapoll. By creating an account, you confirm this is true.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in link confidential. Don't forward it.
  • One account per person, please. Voting multiple times defeats the purpose of Doxa.
  • You can delete your account at any time directly from your profile page.

What you can't do

  • Attempt to manipulate results through automation, bots, or coordinated voting campaigns.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's infrastructure.
  • Use the platform in any way that is illegal or harmful to others.

Our rights

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, and to modify or discontinue the service at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice if we shut things down permanently.

Questions and content

All daily questions are selected by Doxapoll. We aim for balance and fairness, but questions do not represent our views or political positions. Results reflect the opinions of Doxapoll users and should not be treated as statistically representative surveys.

No warranty

Doxapoll is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of results, or continuity of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Canada.
